How to use the Zentbuy Spreadsheet

New to buying through an agent? This is the whole process, start to finish — from opening the Zentbuy spreadsheet to tracking your parcel home. It takes about 15 minutes to place your first order.

What you need first

Just two things: an email address, and a payment method the agent accepts (card or PayPal in most regions). You do not need a VPN, and you do not need to read Chinese — the agent handles the marketplace side for you.

The steps

  1. Open the spreadsheet. Go to the Spreadsheet page. Every find is grouped by category — Shoes, Hoodies, T-Shirts, Pants, Jackets, Headwear, Accessories, Fitness and Women's — each with a photo, a price and a direct link.
  2. Search or filter. Use the category pills at the top or type a brand or item name into the search box to jump straight to what you want.
  3. Open the product link. Click a card and the item opens on Zentbuy in a new tab. If you would rather use a different agent, switch it with the agent switcher before you click — every link updates instantly.
  4. Create your account. Register on Zentbuy. If you sign up through the spreadsheet the invite code is filled in for you and the first-haul coupon is applied automatically.
  5. Pay the item cost. Add the product to your cart, leave a note or choose which colour and size you want, and pay the item price plus the small domestic shipping fee. The agent then places the order with the seller.
  6. Check your QC photos. When the item arrives at the agent's warehouse, quality-control photos appear in your account. Look them over — check stitching, logos, colour and shape — and approve if it looks right. To compare against what other buyers received, search the item on ssfinds.com.
  7. Ship your haul. Submit the parcel, pick a shipping line (express is faster, economy is cheaper), and pay the weight-based fee. Combining several items into one parcel lowers the per-item cost.
  8. Track it. Take the tracking number the agent gives you and follow the parcel on the tracking page until it reaches your door.

Tips for a good first haul

  • Order a few items together so the shipping cost is spread across the parcel.
  • Always look at QC photos properly before you approve — that is the point where problems get caught.
  • Heavier items (boots, thick jackets) cost more to ship; factor that in before you buy.
  • Keep the spreadsheet link handy — if an item doesn't work, report it and it will get replaced.
